Who I am
I am Bárbara de Lima, Love & Intimacy Coach. I am responsible for the personal information you share with me through my client intake form. You can reach me at [email protected].
What I collect
The answers you give in my client intake form: your name, email address and, if you share them, your WhatsApp number, where you are based, your age, gender and pronouns, and how you heard about me. And your answers about your life right now, your desires and intentions, your relationships, love and connection, your personal growth and what helps you feel safe.
Some of this can be sensitive personal information, for example about your intimate life, sexuality or wellbeing. Please share only what feels relevant and comfortable for you.
Why
To respond to your inquiry, prepare for our discovery call, and assess whether coaching is an appropriate fit. I use your sensitive information only with your explicit consent, which you give in the form and can withdraw at any time.
How your answers are protected
- Your answers are locked (encrypted) on your own device before they are sent. Only I can unlock them, with my personal key.
- They are stored in the European Union, locked, and nobody else can read them: not my website provider, not anyone else.
- My inbox is protected with a one-time login code and my personal key.
- The form page uses no cookies, tracking or analytics, and nothing you type stays on your device after sending.
Who helps me
My website and secure storage are provided by an IT service provider in the European Union. They only ever handle your answers in locked form and cannot read them.
How long
Your answers are deleted automatically 90 days after you send them. If we decide to work together, I keep only what I need for our coaching, for as long as we work together.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent or object to how I use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.
